LSPL的手术入路选择及手术效果比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of different surgical approaches to LSPL.Methods A total of 40 patients scheduled for LSPL were divided into an observation group (n=18) and a control group (n=22) according to the surgical approach.Left approach was performed on the observation group and right approach on the control group to compare the living quality of patients six months after the operation.Results The periods of laparoscopic operation and splenic portal lymph node dissection in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The number of splenic portal lymph node dissection was significantly greater than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).No statistically significant differences in complication probability and 6-month postoperative living quality were found between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).No local recurrence or distant metastasis was found in the patients in both groups during the six months after the operation.Conclusion Left and right-approach to LSPL can achieve equivalent effects in terms of complication probability,near-term prognosis and near-term living quality.However,left approach operation costs less time in splenic portal lymph node dissection than right approach while the number of splenic portal lymph node dissection is greater than the latter.关键词
