120例HPV感染孕产妇妊娠结局临床分析

Abstract
Objective To research and analyze the pregnancy outcome of HPV-infected pregnant women.Methods A total of 120 HPV-infected pregnant women admired into our hospital were selected to constitute a research group and a total of 110 pregnant women admitted into our hospital without HPV infections were selected to constitute a control group.Comparative analysis was performed on the pregnancy outcomes of these women in the two groups.Results None of the pregnant women of the research group requested for termination of pregnancy,in which 66 (55.00％) made vaginal delivery and 54 (45.00％) made delivery by caesarean section,no difference from the control group (P ＞ 0.05).The research group contained 64(53.33％) high risk HPV(HR-HPV) infections,51 (42.50％) low risk HPV (LR-HPV) infections and five (4.17％) HR-LR HPV infections.In particular,the patients of HR-HPV infection and HR-LR HPV infection showed higher incidence of premature rupture of membrane and puerperal infection (P ＜ 0.05),but no significant difference from the control group was found for LR-HPV patients (P ＞ 0.05).No significant differences were found in unfavorable pregnancy outcomes,such as premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and fetal distress between the groups (P ＞0.05).As to the research group,the HPV neonatal infection rates of HR-HPV and HR-LR HPV patients were significantly higher than those of the newborns of LR-HPV patients (P ＜ 0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the comparison of neonatal infection rates between HR-HPV and HR-LR HPV patients (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion HR-HPV infection and HR-LR HPV infection can cause higher incidence of premature rupture of membrane and puerperal infection of pregnant women as well as high risk of neonatal HPV infection due to mother-to-fetus transmission.As a result,it is essential to improve early screening and proactive intervention for HPV infection of pregnant women.关键词
