Abstract
The liphatic alcohol phosphate polyethenoxy was synthesized by alcohol of C12-14, phosphorus pentoxide and ethylene oxide. Using the single factor test method, the effects of the ratio of liphatic alcohol to phosphorus pentoxide, reaction temperature, reaction time on the application performance were investigated. The optimal synthetic conditions of liphatic alcohol phosphate were as follows: phosphorus pentoxide were fed at batches while stirring tempestuously, the mole ratio of liphatic alcohol and phosphorus pentoxide 2.5:1, esterification or hydrolysis react at 65 ℃ for 3 h. When the number of ethylene oxide of liphatic alcohol phos-phate in structure were added to 7~8, the permeability and the washing power reached the optimal value. The results showed that the synthesis process of liphatic alcohol phosphate polyethenoxy was simple, the concent of phosphoric acid was 4.5%, and the performance of washing and penetration could reach 68% and 13 s, re-spectively.关键词
