阻燃聚酯纤维的制备及性能研究
Preparation and properties of flame retardant polyester fiber

Abstract
Flame retardant polyester fiber was prepared by 2-carboxyethyl phenyl hypophosphorous acid, ethylene glycol and phthalic acid through esterification and polycondensation. Then, the structure characteriza-tion, thermal transformation, thermal stability, thermal degradation, rheological properties, spinnability and com-bustion properties of flame retardant polyester fiber were studied. The results showed that if the content of the flame retardant monomer in the prepared flame retardant polyester fiber was 4.5%, the oxygen index of flame retardant polyester fiber was 0.330, the initial decomposition temperature could increased by approxi-mately 30 ℃, and the FV-0 level could be achieved in the vertical combustion test. When the content of the flame retardant monomer in the flame retardant polyester fiber was lower than 4.5%, the flame retardant ef-fect of flame retardant polyester fiber was not obvious.关键词
