MCM-41负载酞菁铜光催化降解亚甲基蓝
Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue degraded by MCM-41 supported copper phthalocyanine

Abstract
α-CyOPcCu/MCM-41 was synthesized with 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octacyclopentyloxy phthalo-cyanine Cu(Ⅱ)(α-CyOPcCu) loaded on MCM-41 mesoporous sieves by impregnation wetness method. Then the composites were characterized by N2adsorption, FT-IR. The effects of catalyst concentration, hydrogen peroxide concentration on the degradation rate of methylene blue are researched. The results showed that when methylene blue concentration was 4 mg/L, catalyst concentration was 0.6 g/L, hydrogen peroxide con-centration was 0.6 mmol/L, the degradation of methylene blue could reach 99.6% within 90 min. The degrada-tion reaction obeyed first-order dynamic equation, and the rate constant was k=0.102 9 min-1. The catalyst had practical application value.After 3 cycles,the degradation rate remained above 95%.关键词
