摘要

Abstract

The DM-8931 and caustic soda were used as reduction cleaning agent. The effects of dosage of additives, ultrasonic power, cleaning time and temperature on the color fastness to soaping was investigat-ed. The technological conditions of ultrasonic reduction cleaning were optimized. The results showed that un-der the conditions of additives dosage 2 g/L, caustic soda dosage 1.2 g/L, ultrasonic power 100 W, cleaning time 10~15 min, cleaning temperature 50~60 ℃, the color fastness to soaping was the best. Compared with the conventional technology, ultrasonic reduction cleaning process had the advantages of short time, low tem-perature and good effects.
