电液比例阀用双向比例控制器的研究
Research on Two-way Proportional Controller for Electro-hydraulic Proportional Valve
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve bi-directional proportional control of electro-hydraulic proportional valve,we develop a controller to realize bi-directional control by using a circuit based on the chip LMD18200 which is specially used for valve linear motor control,and to realize proportional control by using an analog circuit design to generate the PWM signal with adjustable duty cycle.The control process of motor control chip,the duty cycle and the frequency adjustment principle of PWM signal generated by an analog circuit are studied and analyzed.Theoretical analysis and physical experiments show that the designed proportional controller is reliable.The relationship between the command signal difference and the duty cycle of PWM signal is fitted by the MATLAB curve.With linear regression verification,we can make the controller meet the demand of bi-directional proportional amplification by adjusting the PWM signal.关键词
