残留型精神分裂症患者的社会功能与精神病性症状及认知功能的相关性
Social Functioning and Psychotic Symptoms and Cognitive Function in Patients with Residual Schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between social functioning,psychotic symptoms and cognitive function in patients with residual schizophrenia.Methods:181 patients with residual schizophrenia symptoms were consecutively recruited.Psychiatric symptoms were assessed with the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),and current social function were evaluated with personal and social performance scale(PSP),the cognitive functions were tested by MCCB.Results:The longer residual total duration was positively correlated with psychotic symptoms and social function in patients presented;cognitive function in information processing speed was also positively related to social function in patients.Conclusion:Psychotic symptoms and cognitive function in patients with residual schizophrenia have great influence on their social function.关键词
