Mindfulness and Thriving at Work of the Staff: Mediating of Psychology Capital and Well-being

Abstract
Objective:This study aimed to explore the mediating effects of psychology capital and well-being on the relationship between mindfulness and staff's thriving at work.Methods:A sample of 737 petition staffs in Beijing and Hebei was recruited to complete questionnaire survey.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that mindfulness was positively correlated with well-being and psychology capital,and thriving at work was positively correlated with psychology capital and well-being.②Structural equation modeling analysis showed that mindfulness had a direct effect on staffs' thriving at work.The mediating effects of psychology capital and well-being were significant,and the chain mediating effect of psychology capital and well-being was also significant.Conclusion:Mindfulness influences staffs' thriving at work,not only through the direct path,but also through the indirect path of psychology capital and well-being,as well as the chain mediating path between two variables.关键词
