Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenmai injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 112 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 56 cases per group.Control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium 20 mg,qd,oral administration after dinner.Treatment group was given Shenmai injection 50 mL,qd,intravenous drip,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD),6-min walk test and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment and control groups were 94.64％ (53 cases/56 cases) and 80.36％ (45 cases/56 cases) with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in the treatment and control groups were compared:LVESD were (39.46 ±4.45) and (43.41 ±4.14)mm,LVEDD were (50.76 ± 6.64) and (56.52 ± 7.54) mm,distance of 6-min walk test were (334.82 ± 80.62) and (276.14 ± 77.23) m,the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions of two groups were based on dizziness,heart palpitations and skin itching.The incidences of treatment and control groups were 7.14％ and 19.64％ with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet has a definitive clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease,which can improve the heart function.关键词
