米力农注射液治疗左心疾病相关性肺动脉高压的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of milrinone injection in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension associated with left heart disease (PH-LHD).Methods Fifty patients with PH-LHD were randomly divided into control group (n =25 cases) and treatment group (n =25 cases).Control group was given routine treatment with oxygen,diuresis,and revascularization.Treatment group was treated with milrinone by continuously intravenous infusion at 0.5 μg · kg-1 · min-1 on the basis of routine treatment.The changes of tricuspid regurgitation velocity (TRV) and pulmonary arterial systolic pressure (PASP) were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TRV in treatment and control groups were (2.40 ±0.80) and (3.05 ±0.61) m · s-1,PASP were (31.96 ±10.73) and (46.46 ± 14.50)mmHg,with significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Milrinone injection shows significant therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of PH-LHD.关键词
