曲普瑞林注射剂联合孕三烯酮胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床研究
Clinical trial of triptorelin injection combined with gestrinone capsules in the treatment of endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of triptorelin injection combined with gestrinone capsules in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with endometriosis after operation were randomly divided into control and treatment groups with 75 cases per group.Control group was given gestational 2.5 mg per time,once every 4 weeks,orally,at the first day of postoperative menstruation.Treatment group was treated with triptorelin 3.75 g per time,once every 4 weeks,intramuscular injection at the first day of postoperative menstruation,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,levels of carbohydrateantigens 125 (CA125),CA199 and anti-endometrial antibody (EMAb),adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 93.33％ (70 cases/75cases) and 74.67％ (56 cases/75 cases),pregnancy rates were 42.67％ (32 cases/75 cases) and 26.67％ (20 cases/75 cases),the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:CA125 were (8.68 ±0.96) and (15.69 ±2.53) U · mL-1,CA199 were (17.39 ±2.80) and (24.94 ±3.26) kU · L-1,EMAb were (207.60 ±23.56) and (381.42±48.52) ng · L-1,the differences Were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions of two groups were vaginal dryness,decreased libido,and hot flashes.The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 5.33％ and 20.00％ with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Triptorelin injection combined with gestrinone capsules has a definitive clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of endometriosis,which can significantly reduce the levels of CA125,CA199 and EMAb,and improve the pregnancy rates.关键词
