头孢曲松注射液联合多西环素片和甲硝唑片治疗盆腔炎的临床研究
Clinical trial of ceftriaxone injection combined with doxycycline tablets and metronidazole tablets in the treatment of pelvic inflammation

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ceftriaxone injection combined with doxycycline tablets and metronidazole tablets in the treatment of pelvic inflammation.Methods Eighty-six patients with pelvic infammafion were randomly divided into control and treatment groups with 43 case per group.Control group was treated with ceftriaxone 250 mg per time,qd,intravenous drip + doxycycline 100 mg per time,qd,orally.Treatment group was given metronidazole 400 mg per time,bid,orally,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 21 days.The clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein (CRP),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1),granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF),life quality scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 93.02％ (40 cases / 43 cases) and 76.74％ (33 cases / 43 cases) with significant difference (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:CRP were (2.51 ± 0.16) and (3.50±0.23)mg · L-1,MCP-1 were (266.53 ±7.49) and (294.72 ± 15.04)ng · L-1,GM-CSF were (20.00 ± 1.82) and (26.10 ± 3.01) ng · L-1,life quality scores were (12.24 ± 0.57) and (16.35 ± 1.23) points,the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were gastrointestinal reactions and itching,which in control group were mainly gastrointestinal reactions and fever.The total incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 16.27％ and 11.62％ without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Ceftriaxone injection combined with doxycycline tablets and metronidazole tablets has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of pelvic inflammation,which can significantly reduce the levels of CRP,MCP-1 and GM-CSF,improve the life quality,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
