雌激素受体在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义
Expression of estrogen receptor in gastric cancer tissue collected from Qinghai and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of estrogen receptor in gastric cancer tissue and explore its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods A total of 112 cases of gastric cancer tissues were collected from the treatment group and 112 corresponding normal tissues were taken as the control group.The expression of estrogen receptots in cancer tissues was measured by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between estrogen receptor and clinicopathological characteristics in patients with gastric cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of estrogen receptor in treatment group was 6.25％ (7 cases/ll2 cases),which in control group was negative.In treatment group,the positive expression rates in male and female were 1.28％ (1 case/78 cases) and 17.65％ (6 cases/34 cases),in young,middle-aged and elderly patients were 13.95％ (6 cases/43 cases),2.27％ (1 case/44 cases),0 (0 case/25 cases),lymph serous cell infiltration positive and negative were 3.88％ (4 cases/103 cases) and 33.33％ (3 cases/9 cases),T1,T2,T3,T4 were 16.67％ (2 cases/12 cases),2.76％ (1 case/35 cases),3.57％ (2 cases/56 cases) and 22.22％ (2 cases/9 cases),the differences were statistically significant(all P ＜ 0.05).In treatment group,gender,age and lymphatic plasma cells infiltrating were the independent risk factors of the expression of estrogen receptor in gastric patients (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The estrogen receptor had a low expression in gastric cancer patients of Qinghai area.Gender,age and lymphatic plasma cells infiltrating were the independent risk factors of estrogen receptor expression in gastric patients.Estrogen receptor may promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer with age and gender.关键词
