桂枝茯苓对子宫内膜异位症大鼠异位内膜组织生存素和半胱氨酸蛋白-3表达的影响
Effect of Guizhi Fuling on the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in ectopic endometrium of endometriosis rats

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling on the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in endometriosis (EMs) rats.Methods The EMs model was built by autologous transplantation.The rats were randomly divided into model group,control group,low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose test groups,with 15 rats per group.Model group was treated with 0.9％ NaCl 2 mL.Control group was given 0.52 mg · mL-1 mifepristone suspension 2 mL.Low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose test groups were treated with 29,58 and 116 mg · mL-1 Guizhi Fuling suspension 2 mL,respectively.Five groups rats were given drugs by intragastric administration,qd for 28 days.The expressions of Survivin and Caspase-3 were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results In the model group,control group,low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose test groups,the positive expression rates of Survivin were 92.86％,26.67％,60.00％,33.33％ and 28.57％,the positive expression rates of Caspase-3 were 14.29％,86.67％,46.67％,73.33％ and 85.71％.Compared with model group,the above indicators in the control group and low,medium and high dose groups had statistically significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The mechanism of Guizhi Fuling in the treatment of EMs may be the high expression of Survivin and the activation of cells in Caspase-3 activation pathway,which induces ectopic endometrial cells atrophy,necrosis and apoptosis,thus inhibiting the growth of ectopic endometrium.关键词
