垂体后叶素致药物不良反应/不良事件的病例分析
Analysis of adverse drug reactions / adverse events induced by posterior pituitary injection

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features,related rules and mechanism of adverse drug reaction / adverse event (ADR/AE) caused by posterior pituitary injection,and to provide a reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods CNKI and Wanfang Med Online were searched for ADR/AE case reports caused by posterior pituitary injection during 1999-2016,and the patient's gender,age,time of ADR/AE occurrence and the system-organs of ADR / AE involved were analyzed using Excel software.Results Ninety-one ADR/AE cases were enrolled,among which there were 61 male patients accounting for 67.03％ more than female patients;the 41-80 years old patients were with the highest incidence;the majority of ADR/AE cases broke out within 13 h-10 d after medication (71 cases,78.02％);the adverse drug reactions involved many systems and organs,the main manifestation of ADR/AE was central and peripheral nervous system (45 cases,33.09％) and metabolic and nutritional disorders (44 cases,33.35％).Conclusion Doctors and pharmacists should pay attention to and master the rules and characteristics of ADR/AE cases caused by posterior pituitary injection,and strengthen safe and rational use of drugs so as to decrease the occurrence of ADR/AE.关键词
