摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations and treatment of sildenafil-induced liver injury.Methods A case report of intrahepatic cholestasis induced by sildenafil in 1 male patients as well as related case reports in literatures were analyzed.Results and conclusion The few cases reported to date suggest that sildenafil-associated liver damage is rare but it still needs to be carefully watched out.The pattern of liver injury can be manifested as elevated transaminase or severe cholestasis.Regular monitoring liver function should be performed when using sildenafil.关键词
