重症肌无力伴胸腺异常的治疗案例分析
Case study of the treatment of myasthenia gravis with thymic abnormalities
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis the function of Fu-Yuan-Xiao-Zheng decoction combined with gene detection on the treatment of myasthenia gravis with thymic abnormalities.Methods A case of young female was analyzed and got all the checks done,included traditional Chinese medicine syndromes;we suit the treatment plan according to her genotype,also we judge the prognosis according to her tumor abnormal protein,T-cells,chest CT,thiopurine S-methyltransferase and so on.Results and conclusion Screen out the "easily vulnerable" genotype,clinical symptoms was improved under the guidance of Fu-Yuan-Xiao -Zheng decoction and western medical therapy.A better chest CT and thyroid ultrasonic image showed no complications and recurrence in the follow up of 1 year.Fu-Yuan-Xiao-Zheng decoction can effectively treat myasthenia gravis with thymic abnormalities,gene technique can effectively assist therapy.关键词
