Pharmacological mechanism of thalidomide and its research progress in inflammatory bowel disease
摘要
Abstract
Thalidomide is widely used in the treatment of inflammatory diseases with its anti-inflammatory,anti-angiogenic and immunomodulatory properties,and it has been included in the studies for treating inflammatory bowel disease in recent years,but still in the period of exploration.In this paper,the pharmacological mechanism of thalidomide and its research progress in inflammatory bowel disease are reviewed in order to provide a better guide for follow-up studies.关键词
