中国汉族健康人群细胞色素P450 2S1的基因多态性研究
Study of genetic polymorphisms of cytochrome P450 2S1 in healthy Han Chinese population

Abstract
Objective To detect the polymorphisms and haplotype of cytochrome P450 2S1 (CYP2S1) in Chinese healthy Han population.Methods Two hundred and four Chinese Han healthy volunteers were entrolled in this study.Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) was used to identify the polymorphisms of CYP2S1.The haplotype frequencies were analyzed by Phase 2.1.Results The frequency distribution of CYP2S1 rs184623,rs338583,rs338598,rs338600 variations were 21.3％,21.2％,55.5％,23.0％.The frequency distribution of CYP2S1 TTGA,TTTA,CCTA,TTTG haplotype were 37.3％,26.1％,10.2％,8.8％.Conclusion The frequencies of these variants were high in Chinese healthy Han populatior.The frequency of TTGA haplotype was high as well.关键词
