达托霉素在临床使用中的药物不良反应分析
Analysis of adverse drug reactions of daptomycin in clinical applications
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by daptomycin,and to promote rational clinical drug use.Methods Literature about ADR induced by daptomycin published in foreign language was collected by EmBase、Web of Science and PubMed database and domestic data bese of CNKI,Wangfang.The country and general condition of patients,the ADR and clinical manifestations,the durg-related analysis,the outcome of treatment were analyzed.Results There were 59 patients included by daptomycin.The system of involves ADR were respiratory system,skeletal muscle system,digestive system,blood system,immune system,and ion disorder.Conclusion It was suggested that reducing the course of patients who with underlying diseases of medication,controlled the dose of obese patients,strengthen the administration monitoring.关键词
