Progress in regulation of interactions between long non-coding RNA and microRNA
摘要
Abstract
Noncoding RNA (ncRNA) have been demonstrated to closely associate with gene regulation,which mainly includes the microRNA (miRNA) and long noncoding RNA (lncRNA).Currently,various evidences indicate that lncRNA can interact with miRNA and these interactions also participated in the development of some diseases.This review discusses the interaction between lncRNA and miRNA and summarizes their influences on the cancers,cardiovascular diseases,the immune system diseases and nervous system diseases and so on.关键词
