摘要
Abstract
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD),a clinically heterogeneous disease of the macular,has become the leading cause of central blindness or low vision within the elders of Western countries.Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is the main therapy of AMD because of its high-selectivity and little damage to the surrounding tissues.However,the patient showed obviously different degrees of therapeutic response,and studies indicated that genetics exert lot of influence.This article will summarize the association between the pharmocogenetics and therapeutic response of PDT for providing genetic information for individualized PDT treatment.关键词
