Research Progress on Glucose Oxidase
摘要
Abstract
As an important new type feed enzyme,glucose oxidase is capable of maintaining the intestinal health of livestock,improving the growth of them and alleviating the toxicosis from mycotoxin.In this paper,we introduced the structure,reaction mechanism,properties and the sources of glucose oxidase,and review the research process of its production and usages in different feilds,including food,medical science and graziery.关键词
