Abstract
Yeast mannan is a kind of non-starch polysaccharide,which is found in the outer layer of the yeast cell wall.Yeast mannan is usually linked with protein with the form of covalent bonding,sot it is also known as mannoprotein.Yeast mannan has important biological functions in animal nutrition and is one of the key functional ingredients in yeast-derived biological products.The mannan content is an important index for evaluating the quality of yeast extract,yeast hydrolysate,yeast culture and so on.Therefore,this article reviews the progress of the detection methods of feed yeast mannan.关键词
