网络分析法在民众灾害脆弱性评估中的应用
Application of Analytic Network Process in the Disaster Vulnerability Assessment of the Public

Abstract
At present,the vulnerability research has been the critical content of sustainable scientific study,among which indicator weighting is keystone of research.There are various ways of indicator weighting,whereas some tough conditions are in traditional approaches when they are in use,which is must be to prove that the indicators are independent of each other before use.But as a matter of fact,there will be a mutual influence on each other between the indicators.In order to solve the problem of interrelate between indicators in the evaluation of vulnerability,based on the structural characteristics and application principle of the AHP and ANP,take the case of public disaster vulnerability.On the one hand,the problem of how to handle ANP to deal with the indicators interdependence and feedback in the evaluation of vulnerability assessment is analyzed.On the other hand through the comparison of ANP and AHP,ANP in the right process to highlight the advantages in the indicator weighting.The results show that,the network structure constructed by ANP can solve the problem that the evaluation indicators are not independent,and the weight advantage of ANP is stronger than that of AHP.This indicates that ANP has strong practical application value in the indicator weighting.关键词
