The Feasibility Analysis of the Information Collection, Preservation and Sharing of the Person in Need of Assistance in China: Based on the Perspective of Information Management of the Regional Disaster Prevention and Disaster Mitigation

Abstract
Disaster relief is the primary task when the disaster happened.Disaster relief could be divided into saving life and rescuing things,saving life is more important than saving things when disaster happened,obviously.If we can grasp the relevant information of the residents in advance,especially the specific information of the residents who need assistance,the work of saving life could get twice the result with half the effort.Therefore,it is a great significance to explore the information collection,preservation and sharing for the disaster prevention and mitigation.Then,based on the perspective of information management of the regional disaster prevention and disaster mitigation to discuss the necessity,reality and legitimacy of information collection,protection and sharing of the existed information and assistance information who in need of assistance in regional disaster.Based on the existed research and the analysis of the reality of China's disaster and law,it found that the region which in range encompasses multiple administrative divisions as a disaster prevention and disaster mitigation unit has a higher operational efficiency,and carry out that the information management work of information collection,protection and sharing in regional disaster has the reality and legal feasibility in China.关键词
