摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces a measurement system and method for reflection properties of wet road surfaces, by rain simulation in the laboratory. The measurement system uses imaging luminance measurement method, which is more accurate for road luminance measurement than the spot luminance measurement method. The luminance meter can be rotated from 0 to 180 degree, which makes the observation angle (C) range. The tungsten halogen lamp can be rotated from 0 to 90 degree,which makes the incident angle(γ) range of the light source. All the measurement is controlled by the computer,so that the rotation of the luminance meter and light source, is synchronized with the data acquisition and processing. According to the common materials of road surfaces in China,20 samples of different materials, old and new are collected. Three wet statuses are prepared for measurement. Since the reflection property of a road surface will change due to its change of moisture as time goes by,we make a single γ angle scanning for several road samples one by one, and then put the data together to obtain the whole data table. This method optimizes the measurement efficiency,meanwhile guarantees the measurement accuracy.
