摘要

Abstract

Lu2.54Y0.4Al5O12: 0.06Ce green phosphor powder and Sr0.65Ca0.35AlSiN3:0.05Eu red phosphor powder as the research source. In this paper,3014 devices of double color phosphors with different mass ratio are studied. Through the experiment,its luminescence spectra,luminous efficiency,color coordinates and color indices were tested. We have obtained the spectral coupling rule of two-color phosphors. The rule is that the color coordinates of each set of encapsulated 3014 device with different mass ratio can be plotted with the landing point distribution as a curve in the CIE diagram. This curve has a unique intersection with the blackbody radiation line, which is the color temperature corresponding to the 3014 device. The rendering index of 3014 devices encapsulated in the experiment is greater than 80, and the light effect is greater than 100 lm/W,which meets the market demand.
