碱性盐胁迫对葡萄种间杂交育种F1代光系统活性的影响
Effect of Alkaline Salt Stress on Photosystem Activity of Grape F1 Generation Hybrids

Abstract
Four hybrids of Vitis amurensis cv.Zuoshan1'×'SO4' (A11,A14,A15,and A17) were used as materials (rootstock 1103 of Paulsen and Eurasian cultivars V.vinifera cv.'Crimson' were used as double controls.Crimson alkali resistance is stronger than that of rootstocks,and 1103P is stronger in rootstocks) to be irrigated with 100 mmol≮L-1 NaHCO3.Chlorophyll fluorescence and P700-induced curve treatment were determined to analyze the photosystem activity response of these hybrids under alkaline salt treatment.The Fv/Fm,qP,Fv'/Fm' and Pm of Crimson,A14 and A15 decreased less under NaHCO3 stress,the Y(NO) of Crimson,A14 and A15 increased less,and the fluorescence parameters had larger change in A11,A17 and 1103P.The ETR(Ⅰ)-ETR(Ⅱ) value was maintained at a higher level in A14 and A15 under NaHCO3 stress and alleviated the inhibition of the alkaline system on the activity of the light system.Principal component analysis of the fluorescence parameters indicated that A15 had strong alkali resistance,A14 and Crimson had medium alkali resistance,and the alkali resistance of A11,A17 and 1103P was weaker,which was consistent with the classification by biomass.关键词
