摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To explore the distribution of inorganic elements in Typha latifolia.[Method]Microwave digestion-ICP-MS method was used to determine the contents of Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Fe,Ti,Mn,Cu,Zn,Sr,Mo,Ba.[Result]The content of inorganic elements in T.latifolia of Jianshui was rich,the content of T.latifolia elements in different areas was the same,and the contents of Na,Al and Fe were obviously different in different areas.The contents order of 13 elements in T.latifolia in the same area was K,Na,Mg,Ca,Fe,Al,Mn,Zn,Ba,Sr,Ti,Cu,Mo.There were significant differences among the elements,but the correlation was significant.[Conclusion]This experiment provided reference for the research and development of mineral nutrition in T.latifolia.
