Abstract
In order to verify the influence of partition control of the KLD3-2Z two-section cylinder dryer on the control of moisture content of to-bacco,statistical analysis tools and comparative analysis were used to study the independence of moisture control parameters in the two regions. The results showed that for the two-section cylinder dryer with higher temperature in the former area,to enhance the independence of moisture control in the former area,the faster the dehydration rate responded,the better the precise control of outlet moisture.Based on the research results, the process parameters of two-section cylinder dryer were optimized,the precision control quality and product quality of the drying process were improved,and the stability of the moisture content was improved.关键词
