经皮椎体成型术与保守治疗对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的影响
Efficacy of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty and Conservative Treatment on Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty and conservative treatment on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Method A total of 80 patients with osteoporotic compression vertebral fractures were selected.The patients were divided into control group (n=47) and experimental group (n=33) according to the treatment method.The two groups were followed up for 3 months to compare their clinical efficacy, VAS,ODI,vertebral height,quality of life and mental state.Results 1) The total efficiency of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).2)The VAS score and ODI index of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).3)The vertebral height of the patients in the experimental group increased significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)The patients' life quality in experimental group improved significantly than that of the control group (P<0.05).5)The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group improved significantly than those of the control group (P=0.021,P=0.034). Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty can reduce pain,improve the function of waist and back,and improve the quality of life for the patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures more rapidly.关键词
