血清CYSC,RBP及传统肾功能指标对肾炎的早期诊断价值
Value of Serum CYSC,RBP and Traditional Renal Function Indexes in Early Diagnosis of Nephritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of combined detection of serum CYSC,RBP and traditional renal function indexes in diagnosis of early nephritis.Method A total of 50 patients with early nephritis were selected as the observation groupⅠ,50 patients with renal failure as the observation group Ⅱ,meanwhile,50 healthy person were selected as the control group. The serum contents of CYSC,RBP and traditional renal function indexes of the 3 groups were detected for analyzing the value of CYSC and RBP in early diagnosis of nephritis. Results Compared with the normal control group,cystatin C and RBP levels of the observation group Ⅰand Ⅱincreased significantly (P<0.05).BUN and Cr levels in the observation group Ⅰwas not significant difference with the control group(P>0.05).Through combined detection of serum CYSC and RBP contents,the positive rate was higher than that of the single index.The contents of serum CYSC and RBP gradually increased with renal impairment aggravated.Conclusion Serum CYSC and RBP has important value for early diagnosis of nephritis. And through the combined detection of CYSC and RBP,the sensitivity of early diagnosis can be improved.关键词
