广西汉族人群高血压与瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1基因多态性/单倍型相关性病例对照研究
A case-control study on the association between TRPV1 genetic polymor-phism and haplotype with hypertension in Guangxi Han nationality

Abstract
Objective:To study the association between TRPV1 genetic polymorphism(SNPs) and haplotype with Hypertension in Guangxi Han nationality,and to provide the basis for the prevention and control of hypertension.Methods:Genotypes of single nucle-otide polymorphism of TRPV1 gene rs17706630,rs222747,rs222749,rs224534,rs4790521,rs4790522,rs8065080 and rs9894618 were detected in hypertension patients and age and gender matched healthy control individuals,and the haplotypes were analyzed by the SHEsis online platform.Results:Compared with control subjects,T allele frequency of loci rs8065080 hypertension patients was higher, there was no significant difference in allele frequency,genotype and haplotype distribution between hypertension patients and control subjects in other 5 locus.The 5 locus were mainly composed of 7 haplotype.Conclusion:We haven't found TRPV1 genotype is associ-ated with hypertension in Guangxi Han population,but some haploitypes may be associated with hypertension,need further study to de-termine.关键词
