丹参注射液联合阿司匹林对急性脑梗死患者血清炎性因子水平的影响研究
Effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with aspirin on serum in-flammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with aspirin on serum inflammatory cyto-kines in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 360 patients of acute ischemic cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly,180 in each group.The control group was treated routinely with oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets,100 mg/times, once a day. The research group was treated routinely with salvia miltiorrhiza by intravenous drop on the basis of oral aspirin enteric-coa-ted tablets,once a day,two weeks as one of treatment courses.Both groups were treated for two weeks.After two weeks,the clinical effect,hemorheology indexes,plasma homocysteine (Hcy),Endothelin (ET),neuron-specific enolase (NSE),superoxide dismutase (SOD)level,interleukin-6 (IL-6) and Tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) levels were observed.Results:After two weeks,compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the research group was increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the hospital,the lev-els of plasma Hcy,ET and NSE in the study group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the activity of plasma SOD was sig-nificantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of plasma Hcy,ET,NSE and SOD were decreased,and the activity of plasma SOD increased more significantly.Compared with the control group,the whole blood viscosity,serum viscosity,hemato-erit,erythrocyte aggregation index in the research group were decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.05).The levels of IL-6, TNF-α in the both groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of IL-6,TNF-α in the re-search group were decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined with salvia injection and aspirin enteric-coated tab-lets can improve clinical symptoms and hemorheology indexes and decrease the levels of IL-6,TNF-α in the acutecerebral infarction pa-tients,which is suitable for clinical application.关键词
