多点式导管接触性溶栓联合系统性溶栓治疗股青肿疗效分析
Analysis on effect of multi-point catheter-directed thrombolysis and sys-temic thrombolysis combination in treatment of phlegmasia cerulea dolens

Abstract
Objective:Observe the clinical effect of multi-oint catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) and systemic thrombolysis combination in treatment of phlegmasia cerulea dolens(PCD).Methods:57 patients with phlegmasia cerulea dolens were randomly di-vided into a catheter-irected intrathrombus thrombolysis group and an operative thrombectomy control group,the perimeter difference be-tween parts 10cm below the knees of the suffered limb and the healthy one of the two groups were compared before and on the 1st,7th and 14th day after thrombolysis,and the skin temperature of the suffered foot and the healthy one was measured before and on the 1st, 7th and 14th day after thrombolysis,and the treatment effect was evaluated.Results:The perimeter difference between of the suffered limb and the healthy one and the skin temperature of the suffered foot and the healthy one of the two groups had no statistical signifi-cance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The multi-point catheter-directed thrombolysis and systemic thrombolysis combination in treatment of phlegmasia cerulea dolens is small in wound,low in risk,less in hemorrhage during operation,capable of effectively avoiding the damage of embolectomy to valve,as well as decreasing the incidence of postoperative complication of venous valvular incompetence of lower ex-tremity.关键词
