Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical detective value of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 in the peptic ulcer (PU) patients with helico-bacter pylori (Hp) infection.Methods:Clinical data of 76 patients with PU were analyzed.According to the results of Hp,all patients were divided into the observation group(Hp positive,40 cases) and the control group(Hp negative,36 cases). The levels of the serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 in two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the level of IL-2 in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP,TNF-α in the observation group were obviously higher than those in con-trol group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP,TNF-α in two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05).The IL-2 level after treatment was obviously higher than that before treatment in the observation group,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP,TNF-α were obviously higher than those before treatment in observe group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum IL-2,IL-6, IL-8,hs-CRP,TNF-α have important clinical detective value in PU patients with Hp infection,which is not only inhibit the cellular im-munity of organism and activate the humoral immunity,but also helpful for judging the immunity function and progression disease.关键词
