Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of low molecular heparin combined with prednisone on children with ne-phrotic syndrome,and to study the effect of this regimen on renal function and blood coagulation.Methods:Patients as the research ob-ject in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were treated 70 cases of children with nephrotic syndrome,grouping using ran-dom number table method:the control group(n=35) and observation group(n=35).The control group was treated with prednisone, and the observation group was treated with low molecular heparin combined with prednisone.The differences of renal function index,co-agulation index and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results:The indexes of renal function compared with the observation group,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were detected respectively (7.0 ± 0.3)mmol/L,(76.5 ± 3.8) mmol/L,the de-tection value was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),creatinine clearance rate (63.8 ± 1.6)mL/min,significantly higher than the control group(positive value P<0.05).Comparison of coagulation index in observation group,activated partial throm-boplastin time and prothrombin time were detected respectively (31.5 ± 1.6)s,(14 ± 0.6)s,there was no significant difference com-pared with the control group (P >0.05). Compared with the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29% (33/35),which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molec-ular weight heparin combined with prednisone in treating infantile nephrotic syndrome,improve renal function,no obvious adverse effects on blood coagulation,treatment is more effective than single use of prednisone is more remarkable,is worth promoting.关键词
