临床护理路径对喘息性支气管炎患儿治疗效果、家属知识掌握度和护理满意度的影响
Effect of clinical nursing path on treatment effect,knowledge mastery de-gree and nursing satisfaction of children with asthmatic bronchitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate effect of clinical nursing path on treatment effect,knowledge mastery degree and nursing satisfaction of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:The clinical data of 112 children with asthmatic bronchitis were retrospec-tively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to different hospital admission times(56 cases in each group).The patients were treated from January 2015 to December 2015 as the control group and given the routine nursing mode.The patients were treated from January 2016 to December 2016 as the observation group and given clinical nursing pathway model on the basis of the con-trol group.The clinical curative effect,family knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Re-sults:The clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(94. 64%) vs. (80.36%)](P<0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms and remission time of signs in the observation group were significant-ly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mastery of knowledge score and nursing satisfaction of family members in the ob-servation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway can im-prove the clinical curative effect,knowledge mastery degree and nursing satisfaction,and promote the rehabilitation of the children.It is worthy of clinical use.关键词
