摘要
Abstract
With aramid fiber and super strong polyethylene fiber as raw materials,3 kinds of interwoven re-inforced fabric were designed and woven by horizontal machine.The basic parameters of the fabric after the ma-chine were tested and the characteristics of various tissues were analyzed.At the same time,the technical prob-lems which were easy to appear during knitting process were summarized, and the corresponding solutions were given.By taking the reinforced body fabric reinforced with aramid and super strong polyethylene fiber as rein-forcement,the epoxy vinyl ester resin as matrix,three kinds of weft knitted interwoven reinforced composites were prepared by once-forming molding process with high efficiency,accurate size and complex structure,which pro-vided the theoretical and experimental basis for the study of the application and performance of two or more inter -woven reinforced composites.关键词
