静电纺纳米纤维素纤维膜的结构与性能表征
Structure and Performance Characterization of Electrospun Nano Cellulose Fiber Membranes

Abstract
The cellulose was extracted from the waste polyester/cotton blended fabrics, and the obtained cellulose powder was blended with PVA and NaCl to make a spinning solution.The nano cellulose fiber membrane was prepared by electrostatic spinning.The fiber membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and thermal properties analysis.The results showed that there were three forms of fiber such as the beaded structure fiber,the ribbon like structure fiber and the conventional form fiber.The in-frared spectroscopy of the fiber membranes had obvious characteristics of cellulose and PVA.At 280℃-500℃, the weight of the sample dropped most obvious, and the decomposition rate reached the maximum value of 509.1μg/min at 322.5℃.关键词
