摘要

Abstract

Traditional hydraulic driven rotary sidewall coring tool have the problems of low bit torque and low core recovery rate.To solve these problems,this paper developed a Large-Diameter Rotary Sidewall Coring Tool(LRCT)with a maximum torque of 8 N·m based on a DC motor driven drill.In addition,a detailed introduction to the coring probe is also made in this article,as well as the structure,performance indicators and working principle of the tool.The tool has been widely used in many geological blocks of different oilfields.According to statistics, the coring recovery rate is over 90%.
