FSEC赛车前悬架系统仿真与优化
Simulation and Optimization of Front Suspension System of FSEC Racing
摘要
Abstract
Suspension system is the most important part of the chassis,affecting the handling of FSEC stability.Using the Adams/Car to construct the rigid body dynamics model of the FSEC front suspension system,the kinematics simulation of the model is carried out,and the variation rules of the parameters of the wheel beating are obtained and the defects in the design of the front suspension are discussed.Through the Adams/Insight expansion module,we carry out the corresponding sensitivity analysis for the various parameters,and get the most reasonable combination of performance;For the optimization of the model before and after the corresponding simulation and comparative work,it analyzes the performance before and after optimization differences.The result shows vehicle handling stability has been greatly improved and improved.关键词
