基于数值模拟的汽车差速器齿轮冷挤压工艺方案
Study on Cold Extrusion Process of Automobile Differential Gears Based on Numerical Simulation
摘要
Abstract
For the forming defects problem of differential gear in automobile,the extrusion process was simulated by the finite element software Deform-3D.Through observing the flowing of metal,the reason causing the tooth defects were found and the extrusion forming process which the medal split from the little end of mold cavity were present.The numerical simulation results show that the problem of"missing metal"can be avoided in this process.Subsequently,the optimum process parameters were obtained through studying the influent of some factors,such as the spherical diameter of the punch,the entrance half angle of the die,the thickness of the split step,on forming quality. Technology tests show that both the extrusion process of axial split and the optimum parameters can effectively reduce the forming force,save materials and improve the forming quality.关键词
