水分对锂离子电池制程能力及循环性能的影响
Effect of moisture content on process capability and cycle performance of lithium ion battery
摘要
Abstract
By adjusting the process technique of lithium-ion battery,the poles with different moisture contents were obtained.The formation process and electrochemical cycle performance of the corresponding battery were studied.The results show that the moisture content has significant effect on the formation process and cycle performance of the batteries.The formation process and cycle performance of the batteries are less affected by moisture factor when the moisture content is less than 550 × 10-6,and when the moisture content is up to 700 × 10-6,the cycle performance of the batteries obviously falls which may lead to the nonuniformity of batteries.关键词
