摘要

Abstract

Li-rich cathode material Li1.2Ni0.13Co0.13Mn0.54O2 and Li1.2Ni0.11Co0.11Mn0.53Cu0.05O2 were prepared by carbonate coprecipitation method.The crystal structure,morphology characteristics,elements,energy spectrum analysis and electrochemical properties of the materials were studied by using X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy,TEM,XPS,Raman spectroscopy and charge-discharge measurements.After Cu2+ doping modification,Li-rich cathode material have more stable crystal structure,more smooth,more uniform particles distribution and better electrochemical performance,the charge-discharge efficiency and rate performance of the material at the first cycle are improved,and the capacity retention of the material keeps 95.2% at 0.1 C after 50 cycles,so the material has good cycle life.
