摘要

Abstract

The lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries based on carbon coated aluminum foil material were studied.The effect of the ratio of the battery cathode binder and conductive agent on the cycle life of the battery was analyzed.Through orthogonal experiment,the peel strength,resistivity and capacity of the cathode plate were analyzed with different ratios of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and superconducting carbon black.It's found that when the content of SP and PVDF is 3%,the battery performance is optimal.The specific power and specific energy of 20 Ah aluminum shell battery with the ratio are 1 300 W/kg and 130 Wh/kg,and it has better cycle performance.
