Abstract
The composite materials of Co3O4and N-doped three-dimensional graphene were prepared at 70,80,90,100 and 110 ℃ for 12 h by hydrothermal method.XRD and FTIR test results show that all of the prepared materials are composite of Co3O4 and N-doped three-dimensional graphene without impurities.The electrochemical test results show that the material prepared at 80 ℃ for 12 h has the best specific capacitance as high as 189.97 F/g at the current density of 1 A/g.The capacitance retention is 76% when the current density increases to 10 Ng.It has excellent cycling stability with 97.5% capacitance retention after 500 cycles at 1 A/g.The material resistance is less than 1 Ω.关键词
