摘要

Abstract

Considering the comprehensive utilization problem of the charging energy of each electric vehicle(EV)and the reactive regulation capability of charging facilities,a mixed active and reactive power control strategy for the opti?mal charging of aggregated EVs is proposed,which can satisfy the requirement of charging while providing reactive sup?port for the optimal scheduling of powergrid.On the first stage,the regulation of EV charging power is implemented,and a multi-stage optimal scheduling model of charging energy is established.On the second stage,the reactive regulation limit onthe decoupling degree of active and reactive support from charging facilities is calculated;according to the charging plan of EVs on the first-stage,a reactive power optimizationbased on the topology of EVs'integrationis formed subsequently.In this way,the complexity inproblems including optimal scheduling of charging energy and reactive op?timizationis reduced,which improves the economic efficiency and safety of grid operation,as well as the power quality. The proposed strategy can provide technical support for the real-time scheduling of the large-scale integration of aggre?gated EVs.
